If you borrow money from family or someone personal, can you claim the interest cost on your taxes?This is assuming the borrowed funds are indeed used to generate income.Also assume that the interest rate charged is realistic and reasonable.Theres also signed and documented contracts for the loan.

Hi all, the scenario is that our business in our commercial/industrial plaza is growing too fast.The cost for us to move is too high.If we buy the entire commerical plaza, can we kick out a tenant if we intend to use the space next door to us?I know this is the case for residential buildings.
