I rarely see it in GoodLife or even when I use to be at LA Fitness. For me I get bored easily and even listening to music when doing cardio. I have a Music Video playlist, not only it helps me move but I can do at least 40 minutes. I know most have built-in TV but content isn't great.

Is it healthier to replace margarine with natural peanut butter as a spread on toast? I've seen people on RFD recommend replacing margarine with real butter, but I can't spread butter on toast because it is hard and I don't have a butter bell.
