There's this member at GoodLife he will take at least 8-10 pieces wiping down each equipment he uses before and after. I'll be honest I can't be bothered nor expect others to as well UNLESS there's actual sweat on it. I guess it just doesn't bother me. Besides I take a shower afterwards.

Some days when I hit the gym (I only do classes) I am sore head to toe, sometimes in my glutes, or just shoulders. And then of course when you hit the next class you are struggling. Outside of stretching regularly and perhaps having the occassional protein drink after working out, what else ...

I rarely see it in GoodLife or even when I use to be at LA Fitness. For me I get bored easily and even listening to music when doing cardio. I have a Music Video playlist, not only it helps me move but I can do at least 40 minutes. I know most have built-in TV but content isn't great.
