Hey folks I’ve never traveled before I’m looking to see where I can get all inclusive deals anywhere from 1 weeks to 2-3 months. Tnx
Seems odd that I need to ask… how do I tell from my booking receipt or reservation details whether I booked basic or economy?I want to know whether my flight is adjustable without losing all funds.
I recently got a Westjet Mastercard and exchanged the companion voucher to 4 lougne access voucher? Here is a stupid question - how do I actually use them at the lounge? Do I just give them my Westjet membership # and they can see the lounge access vouchers on my account?

Is there a good flight price engine that can show the best flight deals over a range of dates? For example, if I would like to fly out (transatlantic) in say mid- September to mid-October, for 2-3 weeks and would like to see the best flight deals for these dates and durations. I found ITA Matrix, bu...

First time to Ottawa and my son wants to check out the Diefenbunker in Carp. How is the uber situation out there? Looks like I might be able to get a ride out, but looks like it might be difficult to get back. Not taking transit, looks way to long. It looks like renting a car from downtown might act...
I see an Air Canada marketed, but United Airlines operated fare on Google Flights. It shows up as a basic when I clicked on the fare. I do see the flight numbers and it has Air Canada prefixes. I'm willing to pay to get upgraded to a standard economy fare or whatever United calls it. However, I don'...

My friend booked a hotel room in Ottaw through reservations.com. The price showed is in USD not CAD in the web page and there was an additional non-refundable surcharge of about $20 USD on another transaction. It was much more expensive than booking directly from the hotel. The credit card was insta...

Air canada changed our flight and bumped us from premium economy to economy. I tried calling 18003615373 day and night to book an alternative. Held for hours and have no clue where I am on the queue. Tried having them to call me back but they don’t. Tried calling right at 7am and they already put me...

I’m flying from YYZ to FLL with Westjet on Thursday morning… which looks to be right in the middle of this upcoming winter/ice storm. I’m anticipating my flight being delayed and possibly cancelled. If this occurs, what is the best way to get rebooked? Should I still go to the airport and try to spe...

Does anyone have experience getting compensated by easyjet through bank transfer in Canada? They agreed to our claim but the problem is getting the money. I gave them my Tangerine CAD and HSBC Euro account. They said both transactions failed. It’s not a SWIFT wire because they only asked for sorting...

Trying to use some airmiles for a trip in February/March. Looking to stay about a week and want to keep it around $2k per person. Tons of reviews but it seems like a lot are centered around actually knowing the ins and outs, ie how reservations works for dinners, policies etc etc. Looking for a nice...
So here's the thing. Many people travel with a "carry-on" case to avoid checking baggage. Before, it was to avoid fees and now because who the hell knows where your luggage will end up. On my last trip, we checked some bags and had a hard shell carry-on that I brought with me to the gate. ...

Would appreciate any advice/tips the RFD community can share. Some questions I'm trying to research ...

Hi, I was thinking of doing a 3 day trip in upstate New York, but I can't quite figure out the process for the required covid test to return. It has to be a PCR or equivalent. (Home rapid tests are not accepted). I was thinking of getting a test done just before we cross the border, or just after (I...
