We are thinking of Chicago for Christmas. (Lots of great hotel deals for that time). How cold is it really at that time? It can't be colder than Quebec City last winter, can it (it was freezing in QCity, but we still went out and enjoyed the city)? Has anyone been to Chicago during that time of year?
