I called them since my bill went from $65/month for 1yr to $160/month for 1Gig internet, TV (epico basic) and phone line. I've been with them for 2yrs. Negotiated down to $65.00/month 2yrs for internet, lost the TV and phone. Negotiated for 1hr to get it down.
Ok, edited for good news, at least I hope they don't change their story again but after calling cogeco I was told that our rate would not change and we are at 49.99 a month for 2 years so the rate increase won't apply, will wait and see what happens when the increase is supposed to come into effect.
