eBay needs to penalize these horrible sellers
So I decided to by a refurbished phone off eBay. Somewhat of a good deal, not great. I promptly pay. The seller almost immediately gives me a tracking number with ups, but then marks the purchase as "shipped"?!?! Using sellers agent to save $
I'm planning to use seller's agent hoping to save by 1-1.5% ( from 2.5% allocated for buyer's agent commission) . What is the best approach: to give an offer discounted by 1.5% or to add a cashback clause to our agreement with him? Any cons/pros with either set up?
