My neighbours have a huge and very noticeably squirrel infestation inside the roof of their front porch. They refuse to address the issue. Does anyone know how/if I can report this to the City of Hamilton? Is there a violation of a city bylaw here?

Went over a pothole on Weston in a construction area in Toronto. There is only one lane available and no way to avoid the hole, I saw multiple vehicles getting screwed over this giant monster.
