Tailored Peatcoat

Hi there,

I know there are a few threads on peacoats in here, however I was wondering if anyone can recommend and place that has more of a tailored fit preferably a 3/4 length. I find that most places at least in the North American market the mens fit is pretty bulky. Can anyone recommend any places that have a more fitted cut and good prices. I know that Zara will be mentioned, haven't checked it out but I will. Any others would be appreciated. Thanks!

Mexx. You really have to look though, as they have the big ones too. Go to Yorkdale and check out the stores there, there are a bunch with Euro-fit stuff, but they can be pricy.

Try getting a peacoat at BR on 40% off Wednesdays this month. Then take it to a tailor and take it in on the sides.

If you want men's clothes that don't have the typical 'north american' fit, I'd recommend Zara. I don't know if they have any peacoats, but their sizing is more geared towards leaner body types.

Good luck!
