bump for a NICE apartment building... my girlfriend goes Ryerson University and lives on the 14th floor of the same building.. takes her <10 minutes to walk to campus along church
this one of the THE SAFEST AREAS in Toronto for any girl to live (in terms of being hassled by guys.. lol)
the view of Toronto from the top deck in the summer time is really nice

Enjoy subletting this unit guys. It's EXACTLY the apartment I live in at 140 Carlton. Even your ceiling light in your living room is in the same spot. It's eerie. You can even see my building from your window.
