you can put the code in iTunes (there's a redeem section on the right in the iTunes store)

Redeeming Promo Codes

The redemption portion of the iTunes puzzle is the simplest piece. In iTunes, click the Redeem button. It's on the right side of the main iTunes store page, towards the top. This is the same button used to redeem gift cards and Starbucks promotions. Enter the code, click Redeem. Your app will automatically download to your account.

Dude thats sick if you made this yourself. I wish I new how to code an ipod touch app, I'd have soo much fun. Maybe I'll try and learn one day.
