made a $100+ order back in June, took a little over 2 weeks to arrive. The online shipping status was quite slow to update, but the item arrived fine.
Canada Post made the delivery and no duty/tax to pay
okay sweet... i want to make another order... i guess the high(er?) canadian dollar helps

Yes. It is generic code.

I was thinking of buying this Tobasco sauce.
https://intl.target.com/p/mcilhenny-tab ... A-14778883

Can only find it in the states but don't want to drive all the way there.

I guess it is better to pay in USD right?
This sauce cost:
USD = $6.29 ($7.99 CAD)
Cad = $8.38

Just need to use a credit card that doesn't charge international fees

Ordered a 6x9 Safavieh shag rug which came up to $281 cad shipped+taxes+duties. Not bad. Would have costed around $440 + tax from Canadian retailers here.

Thanks OP!

Man, hard to find $100 of stuff worth buying on this site.

I need to buy a protector for $20ish, but the shipping is $30ish, which makes it the same price as in Canada (250% markup, wth).

Then I can't find anything worthy to top it up...

Non of the Royal Purple is BMW qualified which voids your drivetrain warranty.. especially for those who owns the 3.0L N54 engine

you have no ideas how a report of stolen credit card (...) affect your credit. Happened twice in your history, that bank won't issue a credit card for you

Yeah the shipping is insane on Target.com (to Canada). $20 off shipping sounds good until you realise that shipping the smallest item costs at least $20 to ship off their site, lol! I dunno how much better it gets as you add stuff but I earlier tried to order some Dolce Gusto capsules on there (because the Chai Tea is not sold in Canada, even in places you can find the capsules to begin with because Nestle doesn't market them here anymore), but add two boxes of those and the CAD $25ish price doesn't seem so bad...until you see it's like $20 in shipping to send them, lol. No thanks--I can order them from the UK, off Amazon for cheaper. When something costs less to ship from UK than from the US, there's definitely something wrong there. This "offer" for $20 off shipping has been long-standing for Canadian orders off Target.com. I'm guessing no one talks about it because it's not really a great deal.

Stupid thing is those Chai Latte capsules aren't even sold in most Target B&M stores (I think they only have them in select markets like California) so even going to Buffalo you can't get them in-store either. However you can order ship-to-store I guess, but I've never tried that with Canadian CC/billing info. I'm not saying you should drive all the way across the border to get your $20 item, but just saying if you're crossing any time in the future, try to keep that in mind--you can at least try the ship-to-store thing and just P/U when you're over there.

Ya - not much to buy and you will never be able to return it so it's tough,

I found a couple of smaller items - $50. Oh well. Target is always a fail when it comes to dealing with Canada anyway.

What do you mean no returns? They won't pay to ship it back but they do returns.

After some confusion talking to target customer service, I can confirm that there is NO free returns using borderfree. Deal breaker for me.

But they do accept returns? I assumed you'd just have to pay the cost of shipping the item back to them. I agree that having no way to return something would be unacceptable.
