Shows up as $399 for me as well; when the page loads there's a brief flash where it reads as $319, but then it reverts.
Comes out to $319 after the 20% discount is applied in the cart.

Looks like the deal's dead. It was $399.99, reduced to $319.99, then additional 20% off, making it $255.99 (paid with Paypal, so another 5% off making it around $243). Target has since changed the price back up to $399.99 so with the 20% off, it comes down to $319.99 which can be had at other retailers.
