Prize: the prize of the Contest consists of the following: (a) two (2) tickets for the Taylor Swift concert at Capital Hoedown Country Music Festival, August 11, 2012 (b) round-trip coach airfare from the nearest major U.S. or Canada airport to the winner’s primary home in the 48 contiguous United States or Canada to Ottawa, Ontario in coach class (or equivalent) for the winner and one (1) guest on a carrier and on dates to be specified by Sponsor; (c) two (2) nights hotel accommodations for the winner and one guest in a hotel and on 8/10/12 and 8/11/12 as determined by Sponsor; (d) opportunity to winner and one (1) guest to participate in a meet and greet with Taylor Swift (subject to Artist’s availability) as well as transportation from airport to hotel, hotel to festival, festival to hotel and hotel to airport.

The estimated total retail value of the prize of this Contest is two thousand and five-hundred dollars ($2,500.00)

Hopefully the Hoedown actually takes place. I live in Ottawa and the media today has stories that the city ripped up the contract because the Hoedown organizers have defaulted on a large payment due. Right now the Hoedown has no home.

not only have they defaulted on the payment, but several large acts have pulled out (Reba, Terri Clark, Brad Paisley), the only one still comitted is Taylor Swift....too bad I really wanted to see Brad Paisley
