Taxes on TigerDirect Online Order?

First time ordering something on TigerDirect.ca and I'm a bit puzzled.

I bought 1 item, and all I paid was the price it was listed for and the shipping.
There was no sales taxes on it and it's shipped "UPS Worldship CA".

I'm just wondering why there was no sales tax and if I'm going to get taxed by the Canadian government or if the UPS delivery guy is going to charge duty/customs??
