Top up hasn't worked for days. Not sure when it will be fixed or a block has been put in place.
Is the problem with adding a credit card to the account or simply paying with a credit card? I have always just paid with a credit card. I don't want to keep any cards on file or give them any personal information.

Based upon my last top up (from my vague memory) I recall they end up storing the credit card info without the option to opt out. Ie auto populate 'Personal Info'

Now with Koho Prepaid Visa and free $10 referral, good option to protect our info.

So this is a LTE SIM but can't connect to LTE Networks (even at throttled speeds) right?

Hello,

My tbaytel plan is up for top up in Aug. Currently, I am in the $125 20GB plan which I find out that it is too much for me. I want to switch to a lower tier when I renew. When I log into my account today and select top up, it only show the different dollar amounts? and nothing for the data plan. How do I select different plan? Do I just put in the money first, then select the allocation after? This is my first renew, so, I not much idea what I am supposed to do.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Add $100 to account to extend account for 1 year. If you don't need more data now, don't bother adding any. Your unused data will remain as long as account is active.

Repeat every year.

Longer term, when you need data, if you have $125 stored on the account, add the 20GB "add-on" again (it's the cheapest per GB)

Hi Treaureseekers3,

Just to be sure that I understand correctly. My account is going to expire in Aug 24 and I still have about 10GB data left from my original 20GB. Say, if I do a $100 top up on Aug 01, it will extend my account to Aug 01 2018 and my unused data will be rolled over. So, I can just wait until my data is almost used up, then I can use my $100 to top up again. Is that correct?

Thanks again

I will top up Aug 23. The data remaining will roll over.
It is ok for you to fork over money earlier. But why bother

It's 3G even if you are in Thunderbay.

Am I the only one not able to add funds to the account? Keeps saying Credit Card failed. Account was auto-renewed but my data will only last until 23rd of August.

Credit card failed here too. But toll-free 1-855-814-5470 worked fine as suggested by ukilledanoob
