New promo that seems to have just started today. Last month TD Infinate only gave up to 20,000 for new sign-up. Promo does not include FYF

Updated with new link that includes FYF, thanks to McMaggot for finding link

**November update: privilege card now up to 65,000. Additional 10,000 for keeping for a year from Rewards Canada site

i got the card a little bit over a month with the old promo. You think theres any chance i'll get them bump me up to 30k points instead of 25k maximum?

Sounds like they're trying to get away from the FYF and force people to pay the big annual fees to cover their costs of the aeroplan points.

Yeah, you get 30,000 points but you now have to pay $170 in fees ($120 annual + $50 additional card holder fee).

Not such a deal...

Don't think they'll do that.

No FYF but this is a great deal if you have the TD all inclusive and maintain the $5,000 minimum monthly balance. The card and auth user fees are waived.

Applying via RFD $60 cashback + 20k points seems like a better deal than going thru OP's TDAeroplan link.

Please tell me if I'm misunderstanding something.

It's only 30k if you add a supplemental card for $50. That has always been part of TD's deal but $50 for 5k aeroplan points isn't really worth it.

I applied through RFD last time around and I have yet to receive the cashback promised. I know I should follow up but I don't want to deal with hassle.

So I have a td unlimited account for sometime now. September 2015 I got my first aeroplan visa but only got a 20 k signup bonus for switching from a td Travel infinite.

I transferred this visa aeroplan in spring2016 back to td visa infinite first class to get the $70 rfd cashback and whatever sign up bonus was given at the time which was 40000 infinite points I believe.

I called today and asked if i can switch again from first class to aeroplan. The CSR at first thought I would need to wait 6 months to switch to be able to get this current 30 k bonus. He put me on hold spoke with his supervisor and he was able to give me the promo today. I get the 15 k. 10 k after spend $1000 in 3 month and 5 k for supplemental. Told me when I activate the new card talk with CSR and ask then for the supplement card at that time. I opted to convert my infinite points 4 to 1 for aeroplan. If i didn't opt I would of had 90 days to spend those infinite points. I didn't get hit with a credit check today either.

So by making 3 calls since last year I will get 50000 aeroplan bonuses and 10000 converted from infinite plus $70 rfd cashback. I had to email rfd as the $70 had not shown up In my account after 3 months.

So you traded 40000 infinite points which equal $200 for 10000 aeroplan points? I think you made a horrible deal.

Hi Everyone,

Can two people apply to two cards by using the same aeroplan number and more importantly would TD redeem both people`s eligible points to that same aeroplan account number?

Does anyone tried this in the past?

The purpose is the accumulate the aeroplan points under one account number rather than two different account numbers in the same household

Thank you

Only Greedyrates offer has FYF while GCR and TDs own offers do not. Original offer in this thread was TDs which also required 1,000 spending within 90days for 10,000 points of 25,000.
