Received my $300 yesterday as well.

$50 bill payment on Jul 28, $50 Tangerine PAD on Aug 2. I read that the minimum payment has to be $51, not $50, which I didn't really believe, but just in case, I made another set of payments in $51 increments on Aug 14.

My balance has dropped below $4k in the past few days as I didn't cancel the Tangerine PAD, but I haven't been charged any monthly fees yet. I'm going to try to close my account today.

To me it's not worthy when I have to fulfill so many requirements in order to be qualified for $300 (bonus). plus cut a monthly fee of $15.95 from my account balance each month when the account balance is below $4000.
so many requirements? pay one bill, set up a transfer... takes about 2 minutes to do that.
For anyone still wondering, tangerine works as the PAD Anyone who only has tangerine as their PAD doesn't need to worry - i completed my first PAD (which shows up as "tangerine FTD") on the 10th of August, and set it to withdraw 75$ per week to my tangerine savings account. I also completed a credit card payment of 75$ that same day. Bonus received yesterday, August 29th.

New to TD, don't have Tangerine. Would there be any other options to set up a transfer? I bank with PC as well. I don't see the transfer option

Thanks for your explanation. It depends on how one takes the whole matter into account. When I open a bank account I'm not using for a month or two; it would be for years, and my account might not have $4000 always to avoid the low balance charge.

Do you pay an electricity bill? you can probably set up PAD's with your power company.

Hi everyone,

I'm interested in the TD All-Inclusive Banking Plan, a $5000 balance is not much different than a $4000 balance. What I want is the free cheques from the All Inclusive account. I have RESP with TD so I plan to keep the TD checking account for a long time.

Does anyone know if I open an All Inclusive now and get all the bonus (free cheques etc), and in the future (e.g. next year), can I change the account to a minimum spending account which only requires $2000 balance? Will the account number still be the same that I can use the cheques for?

Thanks!

Just got my $300:

- Account opened Aug 10th, deposited $4000
- Paid bill on Aug 17th
- Payroll deposit of $50 on Aug 25th
- Monthly fee charged and rebated on Aug 31st
- $300 deposited today

Switching my payroll back to my LOC then closing it next week...

Clearly this promotion is best benefited by churners. Also, if you can't float 4k for 2 months, you have bigger financial issues at stake.

It's not even 2 months... seems like most get it within a month.

$4k for 3 weeks for a $300 tax free return... I'm not complaining.

Has anyone here gotten both this $300 and the $300 from the spring 2016 offer? I closed my account in May 2016, so that's before June 15.

What did you use for a 50$ payroll?
