Well offers don't last forever, especially with banks! I was surprised myself when I saw the ad and I did a deep dive to see the fine print! I have noticed that a few people were thought it was only for a select few, but the only restrictions I saw were age of majority, new customers only and you have to meet 2 of the 3 requirements! I know, I don't trust banks much, but hey 300.00 is 300.00! Beats a toaster all to hell! Grinning Face With Smiling Eyes

So I was new customer, did all the requirements. And they tell me I’m eligible before putting initial deposit. Now that I go to ask about status they say I’m not eligible and no one wants to take responsibility, raised a complaint to branch that said I was eligible and took my deposit, raised my concern over telephone. One side tells me to go to branch and branch tells me to go on phone. Originally it was opened online through the promotion page and activated in branch which does not want to do anything.

Any thoughts? Ideas who I can call to get this resolved?
