Has anyone else noticed when you call the easyline support you get someone from india who you can barely understand?
wtf is wrong with td why the hell would they do this. anyone know how i can talk to someone locally instead of india

Why would you call them, anyways? Do they still tell you it's illegal for you to opt out of paper statements? I've been hearing that for years from that phone line.

This is the first time I hear anything such as this. Easyline, MoneyOut and Insurance are in London ... Easyline is in Markham call center as well. I am just not sure what else they support there.LOG IN TO THANK No one has yet thanked boyoflondon for this post.

My roommate works at the TD call centre at Steeles/Victoria Park. He said 90% of calls are sent to India, and escalations are routed back to Scarborough or Brampton.

I have heard that if you press 2 for French, you will get someone in Canada who speaks French but will also be able to speak English. I've never tried it myself but I've heard of people who have tried it.

Yea I noticed this when I called them the other day. I thought the person was from brampton. Another time I called a specialist and the person sounded asian, possibly from markham?

I don't care if calls are routed to India or Antarctica. I just want someone who can speak damn English, but it's getting harder and harder these days.
