I had the 820 - it's not too good of a BT headset - the volume is much too quiet. And the 820 only has one control button, making it very hard to put calls on hold, mute, etc. Originally Posted by flaming homer

You're much better off getting this headset instead, from Canada Computers. I've had it for almost 6 months now, and it's great! Loud volume, excellent range, long battery life and windstop technology.

Motorola will be releasing their new headsets within the coming weeks. Maybe most places are trying to clear out older stock.
