Deal's good even if it's 2 years old. I've never had problems with PNY but YMMV.

Doesn't say anything about being a refurb. Checking around shows it's gotten pretty good reviews.

Definitely a good replacement for my Kingston 120GB SSDNow V200 I current have as a boot drive, especially now that it's getting quite full and slowing down as a consequence. Hell, what I paid last year for this Kingston SSD was a touch more than what I'm paying for the PNY SSD.

I would buy it except I don't have $120 to spend on computer parts right now. Price is good but the performance is a bit worse than my current drive (120GB Kingston HyperX 3K). I think I should just replace my entire laptop instead of getting a new SSD because the processor is s***.

This drive is 9.5mm thick for those with laptop constraints (7mm drives required)

I am still curious if anyone has successfully received their rebate with that total scam defense bundle. Still surprised many members are posting about it though. I wonder how many have been fooled to purchase that product

I bought one bundle last year and I got my rebate. Not sure why the 2 of you keep writing.

Weird...I typed the serial number in Google and the first result was at NewEgg, it said this item is no longer stocked and said refurb in the title.

Now I get totally different results...

I think it's just that one. RB can mean "Retail Box". Amazon has the same P/N as well.
