teksavvy in dt toronto?

I'm trying to decide on an internet provider and it seems like teksavvy is getting rave reviews. does anyone know if downtown toronto is getting good connections?

It should as its band 1 for dry dsl.

I live downtown (Gerrard + Yonge). On Bell Sympatico, was getting 3 MB down, 320 up until finally managed to get a Bell Tech to fix up my line. They replaced my 5200 Speedstream with a 4200, replaced the phone jack in the apartment and replaced some stuff in phone room on my line.

Now sailing along at 5000 down, 800 up.

Teksavvy uses the same line, so whatever you get with Sympatico you'll get with Teksavvy. Teksavvy though is cheaper and will give you better technical support and will try to get Bell to fix your line, as opposed to Bell just trying to sell you on Ultimate and not doing anything until you get through to level 2/3 support.
