33.95 for the first three months 39.95 after.
BYOD not allwed - need to purchase modem for $99
This is a response I got after emailing, "the reason why we can do cheaper price. is because we dont do much customer service. whatever we can offer. is on the website"
This is after I emailed few times. I have never seen a company that respond it to customer in such a manner. So customer service is non existent.
I do NOT recommend this company. Better to go with Cannet or Carrytel for the same price.
You can read about Acanac and Distributel at their infant stage when they had almost non-existent customer service at DSLReports. Most people complained of their poor customer service. Telehub appears to be another version of Acanac and Distributel when they offered no customer service.
Free Install (probably installation cost is included in the modem pricing above)
Free Dryloop
Few questions.
is the modem locked? CIK generally locks their modem so useless if you cancel their service. If you are purchasing a modem, it should be unlocked but not all company unlocks modem.
Anyone tried service? Is it reliable?
Is there money back guarantee? - No there is no money back guarantee. You are out of $99 modem purchase fee if you cancel the service.
