Magoomba: I think you missed the part in my post that said 'renew'. I don't qualify for the $300 because I'm not a new activation. Thanks for your follow-up though!
Sorry, I stand corrected. You may want to see if Rogers can match by showing them the Telus promo.
Typical Big-3, they treat existing customers like garbage.

Does anyone know if Canadian Armed Forces (DND employee) can get the Federal government corporate plan. If yes who did you have to ask or go see? I know maybe thebase orderly room (pay services) or HR (CAF typically do not have a HR department as far as I know). Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Does anyone have a direct number for Telus Corp line/dept? Or do I have to call the local dealer that handles my epp plans?

Is the $300 off of a device promo still ongoing?
The Corporate dealer I ordered from is showing the regular prices on their site again

For those already on Telus and were not able to qualify for the deal, Rogers seems to have matched their pricing (at least hardware-wise).

Their prices for activations (2yr Share Everything Plans) on or before Dec 7th are:
Apple 6 $0 (Reg $268.99)
Apple 6 64gb $100 (Reg $399.99)
Apple 6S 16gb $100 (Reg $398.99)
Apple 6S 64gb $230 (Reg $529.99)
Samsung S6 32gb $0 FREE (Reg $249.99)
Samsung S6 64gb $60 (Reg $359.99)
Samsung S6 Edge 32gb $50 (Reg $349.99)
Samsung Note5 $60 (Reg $359.99)

Where do you see this pricing? Couldn't find it anywhere on their website. Also curious if this can be combined with the Rogers small business $300 bill credit.

I recently switch my consumer acct to the $48 corp plan through my work which gives me 400 min and 4.5 gb data. But when I logged into my acct online, the minutes does not show up at all. Plus the total of the plan as shown on my acct online was $60, which the rep at the Telus dealer that set up my corp plan explained as a $60 plan with a 20% discount, so I would end up paying the $48+tax.

I guess my question is this: do I have to deal with all the questions with the dealer or is there a direct line to Telus like the Retentions that I can talk to, for these and future inquiries?

TIA.

Thanks.

Does this number deal with only billing inquiries? Or can they may changes to my account? Like change features, add credits, ie. what the retention dept used to do.
