I tried to get it added to my account for free as I renewed my contract and did not want a new phone but they told me they can never do that so I had it added and then they gave me the business bundle for free.

As far as contracts go, they told me you normally need to sign a 3 year contract to get it but since I was an existing client renewing my contract as long as I signed one for a year and didn't go month to month they would give it to me.
