Telus mobility messaging problem in GTA.

Hello folks,

Anyone experiencing issues with sending and receiveing email messages with a blackberry with Telus?

I called Telus about 5 hours ago and was told that they are experiencing some network problems. I just called them again but client care closes early on sundays.

Im trying to find out how long this outage will last but nothing is coming up.

Any ideas?

Anyone else have a Telus Blackberry? Can you try sending a message?

hmmm, I think there might be a problem with the overall Blackberry network, which would also affect Rogers' customers as well. Last time this happened was about 2 weeks ago, someone digging a hole in Scarborough cut a cable and no one in Canada had blackberry service. Should be up by tomorrow or so. I'm surprised that they have no one on customer service though. Have you checked thier website to see if there's a notice board or "current issues" page?
