Telus Promotion related to Airmiles???

I overheard an enthusiastic Montrealer last night talking to someone on his cell phone about a new Telus Cellphone promotion somehow related to Airmiles.

The monthly rate was a bit over $17.- including at least voicemail (that's all I caught) - the deal required you to sign up for two years.

Anybody know anything about this? Sounds really hot if true.
I couldn't find anything here or on the Airmiles or Telus sites.

Came across the deal in Belleville Ontario today by pure chance.
Monthly rate is $17.30 with a two year minimum contract.
Need to be a member of either the Air Miles program or Aeroplan or ...can't remember the others since I already qualify for the first two.
Will post more details on "Hot Deals" when I get a chance unless someone else already did.
