Be weary, just like the refreshed Samsung fascinates they come with 3 month warranty and if you buy from Telus you have no way to add the $20 2-year extended warranty...
And Telus "refreshed" phones are sketchy... sometimes you get lucky, and sometimes you get garbage...
If the serial numbers were added as "new" you do get $50 prepaid credit....

From wikipedia:
In Canada the Nexus S became available at most carriers in April 2011 in two versions, one for Telus/Koodo, Bell/Solo, Rogers/Fido/Chat-r with 3G frequencies 850/1900/2100 MHz

"Our 30-day return policy is only applicable for online purchases made through telusmobility.com and does not apply to phones unlocked for use on networks other than TELUS."
I see this on their "Return Policy" - Would this imply that the phones are locked to Telus?_______________

This seems like a hot deal. I don't need it, but I know people who have been looking at trying android phones, and this would be perfect for them (they want smaller, cheaper ones).
I might just get it anyway. I'm thinking a RFD effect may soon follow if I wait...
