Be weary, just like the refreshed Samsung fascinates they come with 3 month warranty and if you buy from Telus you have no way to add the $20 2-year extended warranty...
And Telus "refreshed" phones are sketchy... sometimes you get lucky, and sometimes you get garbage...

If the serial numbers were added as "new" you do get $50 prepaid credit....

No and no. There are two versions, either AWS or not and the ones the Big 3 aren't.

Based on what I've read on this forum, you won't be able to get 3G data but I think GSM and you'll get EDGE speed when you browse.

This seems like a hot deal. I don't need it, but I know people who have been looking at trying android phones, and this would be perfect for them (they want smaller, cheaper ones).

I might just get it anyway. I'm thinking a RFD effect may soon follow if I wait...
