The credits should apply automatically within 30 days. If you are concerned you can call in and have them manually apply it for you!

I would like to know if I set up the box properly in my home. Will I be able to watch TV travelling as long as I hook up the TV box with Internet?

It's limited to Telus internet customers, but you have a valid question if once setup, you can move it out of network.

I would think you could not, it's limited to Telus internet subscribers as it's considerably cheaper to deliver the data over Telus internal network vs transit costs through another carrier but worth asking Telus.

I talked to several customer reps and everytime I get a different answer.

Is the $10 a month pricing going to stay with me forever or will it go back up to $20 a month?

First I was told it's only for 6 months. Then I was told it's for one month. Then I was told this promotion doesn't exist

I am a new customer and trying to get the 150 internet, it keeps saying 1 TB monthly data at the last page, is it meant to say unlimited?

Hey, where is a list of the standard channels that come with Pik and where is another list of channels customers can choose the 5 from?

Perfect thanks. So how much extra is it to choose every premium channel? Also, others have posted it was $10 for the first 3 months but $20 there after? Can you clarify?
It's $10 ongoing. The premium channels are priced accordingly ($5-$20). First month is free.

Also reminder for OptikTV customers must contact loyalty to switch to PikTV.

150 internet is capped at 1TB data. It’s NOT unlimited..

Gee would be great if towns where Shaw has internet 150 in Alberta could also get something beyond Telus Internet 6 which is at best 2.8 mbps down and like 56k up for $63/month

Two distinctions:

Existing customers internet remains unchanged i.e. whatever price and plan they have when they add PikTV remains the same.

New customers get internet and PikTV at a combined cost. It's a special package where you can choose an add-on to upgrade from internet 25 to internet 150 with unlimited data.
