I just switched Optik TV service to Pik TV. The agent told me that I cannot have both at same time. I guess it's okay for me as I was planning to remove Optik TV anyways. The existing discounts on Internet service wasn't changed. Hope Pik TV box is better than Optik box.

Is $20 for one channel out of the premium content, or is it for all 14 channels?

It's good that Pik TV doesn't count towards your data usage, but does Pic TV it affect the available internet bandwidth?

It does affect your internet bandwidth because it works off your WiFi.

The unlimited data only applies to new customers signing up for both internet and PikTV.

Is this offer available only in areas where Telus has fibre service? I know the Internet 150 offer is only available with fibre, but how about the 25 mbps with PikTV - is that available in VDSL areas?

How much bandwidth is PikTV using? 3-5 mbps

For folks who are on TELUS Internet 15 should check what is their download speed with and without PikTV.

I called up Telus and its not a great deal if you are solely interested in sports. Its $15 for TSN and another $15 for Sportsnet...

When ordering it shows a sports package with both Sportsnet and TSN for $14, was that not an option?

It says (for Alberta) that TSN is $10/month and Sportsnet is $10/month or $14/month for both, as Atheoncrutch said. I signed up to TSN for a month for CFL playoffs and I'll do the same when NHL playoffs start.
