Tenant - injury
this hasn't happened yet but i'm just wondering what happens if my tenant(s) slipped on my driveway/door steps due to ice/snow?
what are the possible scenerios that can occur?
on the contract, it does say that the Tenants are responsible for lawn care and snow shovelling. They all signed it. Does this mean i'm safe from all possible scenerios that may occur from improper maintenance?

Do you live there too? If so then you are equally responsible for the upkeep. If you don't and they signed that they are responsible for snow, then they would likely be responsible for that, including any issues with anyone slipping on your front walk (non-tenant). If they are not keeping it up and the liability is on your head, then your recourse is that you can evict them for non-compliance with the contract.
