interesting twist last night the season wasnt to bad for its first. hopefully fox continues it at least one more season.

Reese brought john a gift that not even his mother could bring for his birthday , he was able to see his father first hand even though he was only 5 years old.

the carbomb as it might not kill cameron would expose her exoskeleton and possibly damage her. we know shes got the coltan but can re recreate herself or will she need to hi-jack another terminators body.

If you follow the lyrics to the song, you'll see that it takes an excerpt from Revelation... the same ones that appeared earlier in the show. And in general the song describes the Armageddon, so it's really fitting.

I think it's meant to show that even humans can make fearsome enemies, and even a Terminator isn't enough sometimes.

Spoiler: I think Cameron survived. A T-800 survived a full tanker blast remember? See T1. The scene where Derek brought John to see his younger self and Kyle was really good, I thought it was the most emotional scene of the series so far.

You can't really even call it a he or she as their programming by Skynet does not denote sexes so the proper term to call Cameron is "it" instead.

We'll have to wait for season 2. Conveniently 6-7 months away from now!!!!

There was some speculation on the IMDB board that the latin chick might be another terminator. Personally, I think she was completely purposeless to the final episode. Cameron, Derek and the Connors needed a ride? Really?

Spoiler Response: If what you're saying about not bringing Summer back is true, then thats why they used a carbomb. It definitly wouldn't destroy the terminator, but it would ruin the flesh & skin so they could just drop in another actor and call it a new "body". It'll be unfortunate if they do get rid of Summer Glau though, she is smokin' hot and plays the part really well.

It would be interesting [if she was a terminator] but I dont think so. Cameron would have picked it up early on, but on the flip side, it's completely possible that she did and we just werent informed. But if the latin chick IS a terminator, then the gun would be pretty useless.

I think the latin girl knew where the guy at the cafe was, and thats why she picked them up. Her gang was killed by the guy or whatever, and she used cameron and the gang to get back at him. Most plausable explination IMO, I just cant remember if they had his address already or not.

Thats unfortunate... From what I understand, the shows been pretty successful though... Fingers crossed. I just wish their special effects budget was a little higher - I wanna see some terminators with more then a few patches of endoskeliton showing.

I hear the show was on the Fox schedule bubble for next season so it may not be back on Fox, but perhaps the Sci Fi channel. Regardless, the shows will be available. Interesting ending, but it was rather odd because of what it meant to portray to the audience. You can't kill a cybernetic organism with a simple car explosion so it's still active. But, it does allow them to bring in another actress or actor I guess. Anyway, it was one of the better shows on Television this season and I hope it's back for season 2 either on Fox or some other network. The show has potential, but I sort of got the feeling they blew their special effects budget during the first 2 shows.

Really good finale. The last 3 episodes are really well done. Just a few weeks ago, I was just thinking the show was really crappy.

The scene with the FBI storming Cromartie was excellent (Remind me a bit of the BSG final scene with All Along The Watchtower song).

I hope there is a Season 2.

I agree complete. Did not fit into this tense scene. I thought the ending was alright otherwise. The cliff hanger brings up questions for the second season, but the season still left a few questions unanswered (what happened in the basement where Derek was held in the future, etc).

They still haven't answered what happened with Derek in the piano room. Could simply be just breaking him down to find secret locations but it might be something more. I thought it was a way for the machines to brain wash humans into acting like machines for them but I guess not.

I liked the FBI/Cromartie scene with the Johnny Cash song. Really no point to see a terminator destroy the FBI team and probably cost a lot more too. Cash's song tied up with the biblical/revelations theme too.

The girl helping them out with locating the Turk guy at the net cafe was a bit odd. Felt like a cheap way out.

Don't think Summer Glau is gone. They'll find a way to repair her. If she's gone, that's one half of the females in this show. This is FOX remember. Summer Glau is too hot not to continue playing the robot.
