You can for cars that are on the lot or already in production.
Ah yes sorry I just re-read the wording. Inventory that dealers have on lots.

Going to be a rat race!

Just curious, what were all of you Tesla owners driving before your Model S/X/3? In my mind I envision most having previously driven German luxury vehicles but I suspect with the introduction of the Model 3 that may not be the case. I could be way off which is why I'm asking.

While there are concerns about durability of the Model 3 since there have been no crash tests done, here's an experience of a rollover.

She was traveling on the freeway at approximately 70mph in the left lane. The car collided with a second vehicle in the middle lane. The front driver side of the Model 3 then hit the cement median with enough force to shear the front wheel off. Then the slide sideways and started rolling. A witness said the car rolled "several times" before finally settling upside down. The other car also hit the median, though much less violently, and we believe the driver was uninjured.

It looks pretty good while everything is intact and the driver survived with minor injuires. Quite a few pictures here.

That glass roof holds up extremely well in the roll over accident.

Hmm and the screen is up and running just fine.
It's a rollover. Not a bomb explosion.

But how well does the roof glass hold up to a T-Rex?

I thought the wording of the ‘new’ rules would have permitted Tesla to ship model 3s to the lots and advertise it in the paper. ‘Model 3 in stock at Toronto area dealerships’

There are no model 3 that is eligible because it would have been ordered directly from the manufacture instead of a dealership. So there rebate ended end of day July 11.

A glowing review of the P3D, from Wall Street Journal nonetheless:
This thing is magnificent, a little rainbow-farting space ship, so obviously representative of the next step in the history of autos

A very fair and balanced article from Bloomberg regarding the Model 3 production hell. There are numerous praise and fair criticism and worth a read.

The hell these workers and Elon has and is going through, to better our planet. I bow down to all of them. Thank you, for doing something good in the world fora change. God bless everyone of them and their families who definitely suffer as well.

Most shorted stock, humanity has become so evil, why do you want something environmentally positive to fail? Especially it's an American company, your own country.
