Seems to work, it makes calls, but for some reason I can't hear anything. There isn't anything audible, no ringing or persons speaking back. Anybody get this before?

Also when I call myself back from my real phone, the softphone doesn't ring or make any signs that its being called.

For VOIP, you need to open the SIP/VOIP port (port forwarding) for incoming calls
http://forum.freephoneline.ca/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=11What do I need to do to get the softphone functioning properly after installing it?
Our softphone operates on UDP ports 1300, 13001, 6060 and 6061. Please make sure these ports are opened in any firewall, internet security suites and hardware routers you may have in your home.
