The one thing I learned about using an indoor grill is …. not to use it indoors unless you have very good exhaust ventilation

Our family owns the older version of this - would have to agree with previous comments. Only use this with your range hood/exhaust ventilation on, unless you want your whole house to smell like the grilled food.

why? Also does that include binchotan grills? Are you referring to scents? Carbon monoxide poisoning?

no it's more the smoke. depending on what you're grilling. vegetables and shelled seafood are generally fine. it's when there is fat it drips and turns into smoke.

I find it couldn't get hot enough to grill raw meat
