I just tried it, and it's very bad. Hums like crazy unless I kill the power switch on the sub box. Also the channels seem to be screwed up or something, it's like the right channel is the sub, the actual small right speaker never outputs any sound. Anyone else?

I got 2, wondering if I should even bother to test the other, I'd rather not stick them with an open box if it's the same as the first one. As an alternative for cheap 2.1 speakers like this, I've noticed charity stores often have them.

I do notice a hum if my computer is turned off, but it sounds great when the computer is on. No hum. Try the other one just in case you got a lemon

I bought 2 of these and returned both. I only tried 1 and it was so bad, did not bother with the other. It takes away one of my Airmiles purchase but was not worth keeping.

The tiny sub connects to audio source via 3.5mm aux jack. The 2 speakers connects to the sub via 3.m aux jack.

The unit I had, if I plug the speakers into the sub, 1 speaker does not work. Pull cable out a bit and both works. Another issue, if I tap on the audio source cable, audio cuts in and out. Lastly sound quality in my opinion is quite bad. I sourced the audio from my phone and PC.

Same issue as mine but requested a replacement and its on its way. If the replacement unit have the same problem, I will just return it and refund my money.

Distorted like crazy. Had to play around with the volume to stop it and even then I didn't like the sound. It got really annoying to the point it went back to the Source.

Even those cheap Logitech speakers tend to suck and crap out fairly quickly. I feel like you're better off just getting one of those small $20-40 bluetooth speakers from Amazon like the Oontz one and using the headphone jack on it than using cheap PC speakers because these, especially the sub-woofer, are just poorly built.

Hey mind if I ask whether they include in the package 3.5mm male to male cable? Or if the speaker comes with free 3.5mm cable to be plugged to the computer?

Rather keep your $3. The Source has terrible customer service in store. Calling in to place an order people are nice, in store, oh boy........ went to pick up an order once and it was BRUTAL.
