totally uncalled for and just for the record they were correct in their posts . seems flaming has become ever more frequent on these boards whether it is a grammer error or posting in the wrong section you usually get a snitty remark thrown at you . getting a little sick of bothering to read a thread only to stumble upon a flame war that should`nt of been there in the first place. my two cents i guess.

I find it very disappointing too when I spend up to an hour looking for a hot deal when I just get replies like “cold” or “repost” without a thank you.

That being said most, most RFDers (99.9%) are really friendly and would appreciate your efforts. The other 0.1% just ruin it for everyone.

Having had the honour of reposting others info before, I realized that if you can spend an hour looking for a hot deal, whats another 10 seconds using the search function to see if it has already been posted? Its just a pain in the but reading the same post over and over again cluttering the forms

I always appreciate it when people post deals/coupons.
Regardless if I can use the particular deal or not, it IS useful information; it's nice when it's shared.

sometimes the topic title isnt what you'd put yourself so when you search for it it doesnt come up

a good examples that wasnt on hot deals was the "horse porn" thread...which had absolutely nothing to do with the contents. The same thing happens in the hot deals threads, I just can't cite a recent example because I havent been in the country so I haven't bothered reading it
