Are there legit paying Canadian Survey sites?

HI i wAS wondering if anybody knows of some Canadian survey sites thatactually pay you and don't just send you spam/crap? I wouldnt mind making some extra coin doing some surveys.. anyways if anybody knows of some please fill me in

Pinecone Research has consistently paid me $5 per survey. The cheque comes in the mail about a week after survey completion.

Pinecone also offers Pay Pal now...it takes roughly the same time as a cheque.
