No you dont. I just recived my package today and sent in the "No" envelope, but enters me in the draw. Its cost me a .50 cent stamp to see if I will a millions dollars.

I won the pepsi Ipod even back in the fall and won the odd lottery ticket, nothing more than 10 bucks. I also won a heatsink fan from a tech website which I just gave to my buddy cause he needed it. I also give away just as many things at my website to my readers casue thats also fun, something like a thousand dollars worth fo hardware in the last 9 months.
I'd like to win a massive lottery and retire by age 21
