I only enter the fields required. If they dont require a phone number or address I dont give them one.

But I dont enter "fake" info

I also imagine your comfort level with the contest operators plays into it. And to may things (come to think of it).

If you're not comfortable with the "rules and regulations" of a contest that requires you to enter details (real) about you for whatever reason, it might be best to simply not enter the contest rather than give fake information.

I agree with that. Ive been doing this for years, and for any extra mail I may get, its not hard to recycle it. And extra emails, who cares, I just delete them

Enter daily externally from RFD too? You are the envy of many at RFD. Namely those of us with crummy luck at contests.

I only use RFD now for contests (except local ones) just dueto time, etc. There are tons of contest sites out there, it would take up all your spare time if you followed them all
