I'm not sure if this is a good deal or not (I haven't checked the Lenovo deal since I bought my T440S 3 years ago, LOL!), but Lenovo is having a 33% off on select Thinkpads.

T460S starting from $1,084.73, and X1 Carbon (4th Gen) starting from $1,285.73.
Yeah I just noticed their Thinkpads are back on there. Not close as good as the Black Friday E570 though

My work laptop is on it's last legs and I'm looking at a Thinkpad to replace it. Is the EPP the cheapest way to get a new laptop these days? I'm sort of looking at one of the E series or possibly the E475 or the Thinkpad 13. I don't really want to by a refurb.

I have been patiently waiting for the X1 Yoga with OLED version for almost a year! Still not there...
Lenovo just updated the X1 Yoga so hopefully it'll be there this year.

I'm really interested in the new X1 Carbon. Is it possible to get one with 16GB of RAM without getting the i7 processor? Seems a bit overkill and it dramatically raises the price of the laptop.

Just get the RAM separately.
Doesn't X1 Carbon have soldered RAM?

Oh you are right, should delete my post then. I thought it was 1 soldered and 1 exchangeable, guess not.

T470 is up for sale now. Right now there is a config error where the 1080p screen is cheaper than the low res default screen.

Still waiting for the X1C 5th gen though...

Looks like there is no more option to choose 1080p screen. Can you please check if you still see it? Maybe I'm not looking at the right page?

Lenovo probably fixed the error already.

Probably, but what I meant is there not even a choice to upgrade to 1080p anymore, even at extra cost.

I'm shopping for my wife right now and hesitating between yoga X1 and the yogo 460. They seems pretty much similar.

looking for FHD not glossy, 8G, 128G sata(upgrade later), 8G,pen, RJ45plug, 6200U,

Any ideas why should I go for one instead of the other? Is the X1 more flexible? there`s only 150$ diff on CDA site.

Pretty sure it's a temp thing and will be fixed.
