Thoughts about Info Tech Solutions Graduate Certificate @ Humber?

I recently applied for the Information Technology Solutions Graduate Certificate program @ Humber College - North. Has anyone on here completed the program? is it worth it? I'm looking at a $35,000 investment for that program including books/fees/living expenses.

Or I can complete a second Bachelor of Science degree 100% online in Information Technology, save money by staying home, and the degree will only cost me $12,000 USD or $15,000 CAD. Either (https://continuinged.uml.edu/degrees/2ndbsit.cfm) or (http://catalog.nau.edu/Catalog/details? ... gYear=1617)

I wouldn't recommend Humber; my department no longer accepts Humber co-op students due to poor past experiences (lack of technical competence, poor work ethic, self-entitled).

If you're interested in college-level IT, I would recommend Seneca or Sheridan. My personal perception is that the caliber of students graduating from those programs tend to be appreciably higher.
