Yes, it's a reliable site. PC Nutrition First grain free is salmon and potato. I don't think it's healthy to feed this to your dog more than a few months due to heavy metals in ocean fish these days. If your, dog has no allergies, then a grain free dog food from Acana, Orijen, Nutrience Sub Zero, Horizon Legacy etc are good alternatives. If your dog does has allergies then it's worth switching to a frozen raw food such as from Big Country raw, Tollden farms or Naturaw, or a dehydrated raw such as from Canisource Grandcru grain free pork or turkey, or Only Natural EasyRaw

We've fed our dog PC Nutrition First Chicken and Rice for 2 years now. No problems. The price is right, goes on sale once in a while.

That food isn't grain free though.

I don't really care. My dog eats a ton of grass when given the chance. I doubt if grain in his food is going to hurt him. We also supplement his diet with plenty of meat trimmings. Chicken, pork, beef...whatever I trim off before cooking for us gets cooked up for the dog. A couple chunks into his bowl each day. I don't go out of my way for that, it's "found meat" that would otherwise go into the trash. Inexpensive dog food "shaming" is a joke. Feed your dog whatever you want, it's your dog.
