he can take his driving skills and ego to the bodyshop after his adventure

That was from prior to the storm, Parking lot incident at uwaterloo ( first picture is from October)

But the point is, most people can get through lots of snow, But stop halfway or go too slowly, thats what gets them stuck.

I would assume your wheels are spinning more than usual to keep the car rolling = more wasted fuel and more wear on the winter tires.

The underside of your car is going to wear a lot faster as well - with the snow clearly above the underside of your car.

OK Rambo, let's all just ignore stop lights too because if you stop, you're good as stuck.

In all seriousness, on that day I tried to avoid stopping at lights. Ran a couple of late red ones.

Lol to the term snowpocalypse for 25cm of snow.
If you saw how Toronto snow removal dealt with it, you'd agree it was a "snowpocalypse"

That's the key difference imo... Because dumb drivers exist everywhere, not just Toronto

It was up to my windshield. Lol. And I went way too slow. Notice how my car looks jacked up? I flattened the snowbank in half.

LB mistake. 4 snow tires needs 4 LG's. That's why you got stuck, LB.

Cool. I had the same situation where I over confidently trusted the 'traction' on my car. Except I wasn't driving a 4WD SUV...
I spent the whole day plowing through high snow with no problems using 'snow socks'. Its a traction device similar to tire chains, except made out of a very rough and fiberous synthetic fabric.
It has amazing traction in deep snow as well as ice. I was plowing through 12 inches of snow no problem... on my RWD sedan! :-O
I did get over confident and tried going through this giant pile, none the less it didn't work... lol. So it does have its limitations of course. But it def. helps you get out/through situations where you normally can't.

An old Suzuki had to pull you out?

How embarrassing.
would be to have a bunch of LGs push him out :) so LB will be paying for gas afterwards.
