Water is cool. Don't know about your area, but in Ontario I think it's 3 meters from a hydrant. That doesn't look like 3m.

Same thread as yesterday? You felt the need to post this twice?

Pretty sure the only thing I remember from driving school and Ontario licensing tests is to park at least 3 metres from fire hydrants.

Enjoy your ban.

Is this a joke? Why on this forum? You are right beside the fire hydrant. Why would you think you didn't deserve a ticket? Do you think you need to be on top of it?

Do not park within three metres of a fire hydrant.

How is a fire truck supposed to hook up with your pos car in the way? Also why would you post this in hot deals? The only hot thing is the burning house the firemen can't extinguish because you park like a moron and then complain about it

Uhh... no offense but how did you pass your drivers/learners test? That isn't even close to 5m...

That picture, if anything, will just get you laughed at by the judge.

Wrong forum, and yes you're too close...
As others have said, I think it's 3 metres in Ontario, but just in case you're in Quebec (Quebec plate on the car), I think it's 5 metres there, which would be worse for you.

Super HOT! I'll take 12.

...But seriously, are you new to this country or something?... This is a well-known thing not to park to close and/or block fire hydrants. Usually you'd want to be about a car-length away from any hydrant.

Regarding if you can fight the ticket... Sure, you could. But what is your defense exactly?

You cannot use the photo as evidence as the photo could be taken afterwards. You should be glad that your car did not get towed away.
