Steam should work.

indirect iron could work also.

place a towel or a moist towel and iron over the towel with the tie underneath.

Use a steamer... I use one. If not... then you can just indirectly iron it and use the steam function on it

Get it hot with steam then sandwich it between two flat heavy objects or a bunch of books.
