I recently purchased a video card from their website (tigerdirect.ca) and I'm a bit confused with the tracking info, it states the card originally shipped from the US and is now in Windsor ON? Isn't tiger direct a Canadian online store? I ask because if it shipped from the States I may have to pay a custom fee which makes the entire purchase a waste of money.

Anyone know whats going on?

When I ordered from Newegg.ca, it went through the same process. There was no brokerage fees or additional duty charged. I would expect TigerDirect.ca to be the same.

They 99% of the time ship from the US so what you're seeing is normal. You WILL NOT have to pay customs/duty when UPS delivers it.
