Tigerdirect.ca L32W861 32" Class LCD HDTV for $329.97
Saw this and it caught my attention but I have never heard of the brand AOC, any input?
Also I want to use this mainly for TV/gaming and occasional blu-ray but I've heard 1080 doesnt make a difference when you are in the 32" range unless you are 4cm close.

Well i'm sure anybody who's looking at this thread will have the same response.
TV from Tigerdirect = nono, no name brand from Tigerdirect = nonono
With the price, I rather get Aveia, Daytek, Dynex._______________ǝƃɐssǝɯ ǝɥʇ sı ɯnıpǝɯ ǝɥʇ

1080p won't make a huge difference in something this size and you'd have to pay double or more to get this size in a 1080p. That being said, there have been other deals recently like the RCSS deal for $280 and the Dynex $300 deal on 32" screens similar to this and shipping tacked on to the Tigerdirect price kinda kills the deal when you could get a brand name for similar when on sale.

1080P definately wont make a difference on a 32", On a side note this being hot or not I say its Warm, since you can add some money and get a reputable name brand as well as a good warranty.

Depending on your distance from the tv even the difference between 720p and 480p may not make a difference.
