Anyone have trouble using theirs? Me and my friend went and neither of them would scan. They even tried a different cash register and no luck.

Anyone can confirm which product the coupon works on? They said the error was that there are no applicable products to discount.

They also mentioned there were issues last week with birthday coupons.

Used the coupon successfully for a hot chocolate. Worked as intended. Didn't try to buy anything else (hot chocolate was my first choice).

Paid. These cashiers probably don't have much authority. Not with risking their jobs for a free coffee.

Whom to call. Ended up paying for a latte as it didn't work. Ordered tea again and it didn't work and ended up paying as she said already made.
